Can I retake the online tests?

Yes. Retakes are included with a subscription purchase for one year. The second retake may be taken immediately, however the third and each following retake will have a 30-day waiting period between them. The waiting period does not apply to test passes because only one retake is included.

How do I earn the Industrial Technology Maintenance (ITM) Level I credential?

NIMS offers multiple ITM Level I Credentials. Individuals may earn any combination of those credentials in any order.
