STS Developer
STS Developer training provides the foundation for utilizing STS software technology to create proprietary data models and user experiences for executing an organization’s OJT training system from a cloud-served industry-recognized role responsibilities database. STS software technology is a key element for data driven performance improvement in an OJT training system. Data is collected outside of training to benchmark true performance against the standards configured within STS software technology by the STS Developer.
In the STS Developer training, participants create proprietary standards and performance measures within the Developer software system role. Participants also manage training materials within the STS software technology structure and from externally hosted content.
This course is intended for training professionals, company trainers, and supervisors who develop OJT training using STS software technology. It includes one-to-one mentoring from an expert instructor and concludes with the opportunity to earn an industry recognized, nationally portable STS Developer credential from NIMS.
