Sarah Mercado is our Director of Strategic Initiatives and has over a decade of experience in developing teams to achieve impact at scale. Sarah began her career in the education sector in the Boston area, then designing and implementing workforce development programming in Chicago. At NIMS, Sarah drives operational excellence and key expansion projects. Sarah is fluent in Spanish and lives in Chicago with her family.
