Joseph Varela is the Customer Success Manager here at NIMS. He manages all content to ensure it is current, accurate, and that it aligns with industry.

Joseph began his manufacturing career in Tucson, where he earned his Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Machine Tool Technology. He has experience as a Machine Operator, CNC Machinist, Programmer, Quality Technician, and Manufacturing Engineer and shares industry experience in the manufacturing of complex high production fixturing, and high-speed machining.
