Since joining NIMS in 2020, she has drawn on her background in customer service and administrative support to assist organizations and individuals in navigating credentialing.
In her role, Daunetta helps manage credentialing onboarding, customer support, and SkillsUSA initiatives. With a focus on organization, customer service, and continuous improvement, she is committed to making NIMS' credentialing and training resources as effective and accessible as possible.
