All IRAP employers, sponsors or applicants may:

• File an appeal on NIMS Recognition decision for your IRAP.
• File a complaint about a policy or procedure.

For Apprentices

Apprentices, prospective apprentices or an authorized apprentice’s representative may:

• File a complaint about the IRAP program.
• Report an incident of harassment or policy violation.
